Quiet Power

Quiet Power

This is a confidence training programme for online cohorts attending regular workshops over 16 weeks and can be tailored to your requirements. The programme includes individual coaching for all participants, to reinforce and embed new habits around our unique Quiet Power framework, which is developed from scientific research and neuroscience.​ Below shows the programme content: 1. The Joy of Self Acceptance Breaking the cycle of negative thoughts. Banishing personas and Imposter Syndrome. Reframing failure as feedback. Self compassion and self care. How self acceptance looks and sounds to others. Understanding neuroscience and its link to confidence. 2. Courage and Mindset Finding the courage to overcome self doubt. How our internal voices dictate our courage. Growth and fixed mindsets. The Quiet Power mantra for courage. Our Personal Agenda for Change. 3. Influencing Skills Overcoming limiting beliefs to speak with impact in meetings. The Trust Equation and assertive diplomacy to build deeper connections. Understanding our audience to improve our own style of communication. Creating our unique brand. 4. Powerful Presentations How to structure a story, building on workshop 3 to create a powerful presentation that speaks to your audience, driving the required outcome. Our unique PEP approach to body language, pace and stance. 5. Confident Conversations A powerful framework to surface underlying conflicts whilst still preserving the relationship. Emotional self regulation, self awareness and understanding others' perspectives. 6. The Power of Self Belief Thriving through challenges and change using different models. Lead to Inspire

The Lead to Inspire programme equips managers with the skills and knowledge to inspire confidence and help your team members to thrive. It includes individual coaching to ensure the new skills are embedded. 1. Difficult Conversations A powerful framework to surface issues whilst safeguarding self esteem on all sides. Emotional self regulation and understanding others' perspectives. 6. Psychological Safety How to foster an inclusive environment that rewards experimentation and where team members are encouraged to speak up and innovate.

Workshops

Our workshops are designed to empower, inspire and encourage. Typically lasting anywhere between 2 hours and 3 days, they are tightly focused on specific challenges that your teams will find highly relevant. Examples include Presenting with Confidence, How to Challenge Behaviours (and still keep the relationship) and Influencing Skills. There is also The Confidence Reset, a powerful 1 hour speaker event on Paula's own journey to recovering her confidence and the practical steps she found really worked, for creating unbreakable confidence from within. These workshops can be delivered online. Attendees report having experienced lightbulb moments, discovered new ways of thinking and doing and often write about the significant changes in their lives as a result of attending the training.
