Quiet Power
This is a Confidence training programme for a group of individual contributors, and as with all our training, can be tailored to your requirements. Individual coaching and stand-alone sessions can also be provided. Below is an example of a recent online programme for a global bank, consisting of 6 workshops of 2.5 hours each. The programme also included additional extra-curricular activities to build daily habits of self acceptance and self belief.​​​ 1. Difficult Conversations A Framework to surface issues whilst still maintaining the relationship. Emotional Self Regulation and understanding others' perspectives. 6. Moving Forwards with Optimism Overcoming self-limiting beliefs with our thinking. Ikigai for motivation. Courage and optimism. Goal review and future planning.
Leading for Confidence

Train the Trainer
Often, an organisation is composed of multiple regions having different roll-out plans and timescales for large-scale change. Speaker Event
The Build Unbreakable Confidence speaker event is a one hour story of my journey back to recovery. It describes how overnight I lost my confidence and how it affected my ability to cope with change in the workplace. I describe my own practical steps to recovery, the experiments, the fascinating insights I uncovered into how the mind works and the understanding of how we can all take back control of our confidence, resilience and self-belief, to live the lives that we deserve.
