Confidence Training for Teams and Workplace Leaders
At Inspire Confidence, I help organisations build confidence so people speak up, lead through change, share ideas and act with more self-belief.

This training is for L&D leaders, CEOs and Heads of People who can see that low confidence is affecting participation, communication, leadership, culture or performance. You may have capable people holding back, managers avoiding difficult conversations, teams struggling after difficult change, or ideas coming from the few rather than the many.

Psychological safety opens the door. Confidence means people actually walk through it.
My work brings both together. I help individuals build self-belief, resilience and courage, while helping managers become confidence-builders for the people around them. The aim is not just to help one person feel more confident, but to help organisations scale confidence through teams, managers and culture.

My core programmes are Quiet Power® and Lead to Inspire.
Quiet Power® is based on my unique framework for inner confidence. It helps employees understand what gets in the way of their confidence, rebuild self-belief from the inside out and unlock the talent, ideas and creativity already within them.
Lead to Inspire equips managers to build confidence in others, strengthen connection and support team members who may be doubting themselves. It helps managers create the conditions where people can speak up, challenge constructively and take part more fully.
Every programme is tailored to your organisation and reinforced with one-to-one professional coaching where appropriate. My approach combines coaching, confidence-building, leadership development and 25 years of change management experience, so the work is practical, human and aligned with your people and culture goals.

Helping quieter employees and teams speak up with confidence
Many teams have people who stay quiet not because they have nothing to say, but because speaking up feels risky.
This training helps organisations create the conditions where quieter employees, introverted leaders and multicultural or remote teams feel safer, clearer and more confident contributing their ideas.

It is especially relevant for organisations where teams are navigating difficult change, capable people are holding back, managers need to support confidence in themselves or others, or ideas are only coming from the loudest voices in the room.

Through Quiet Power® and Lead to Inspire, employees build inner confidence, resilience and courage, while managers learn how to scale confidence across the organisation.

What organisations usually want to know before starting
Is this training for individuals or whole teams?
Both. Quiet Power® helps individuals build inner confidence, self-belief and resilience. Lead to Inspire helps managers become confidence-builders for the people around them. Together, they help organisations build confidence at scale, so more people speak up, contribute ideas and lead through change.

What kinds of organisations is this most relevant for?
This work is especially relevant for organisations where teams are navigating difficult change, capable people are holding back, managers need to support confidence in themselves or others, or ideas are only coming from the loudest voices in the room. It is often a good fit for L&D leaders, CEOs and Heads of People who want confidence to scale and become part of the culture, not just an individual development goal.

How is this different from standard confidence training?
Many confidence courses focus on the individual, helping people build presentation skills, communication style or assertiveness. My work goes deeper and wider. I help individuals understand what gets in the way of their confidence and rebuild self-belief from the inside out, while also helping organisations scale confidence through managers, teams and culture. The aim is not just for one person to look more confident, but for more people across the organisation to speak up, contribute ideas and lead through change.

Can the programmes be tailored?
Yes. Every programme can be tailored to your organisation, your people and the outcomes you want to create. Quiet Power®, Lead to Inspire, coaching, workshops and talks can be shaped around your context, whether you are supporting quieter employees, developing managers, rebuilding confidence after change or helping teams contribute more fully.

Ready to build confidence across your organisation?
If your organisation is navigating change, struggling to hear ideas from the full team, or looking to build a culture where people feel more confident and engaged, I would be happy to talk.

Quiet Power®
Quiet Power® is a confidence-building programme for employees who want to speak up, trust themselves more and contribute with greater self-belief. The programme is usually delivered online across six workshops over around 20 weeks and can be tailored to your organisation. It includes one-to-one coaching for participants, so the learning is not just understood, but embedded in real behaviour. Quiet Power® is based on my unique framework for inner confidence, drawing on scientific research, neuroscience and practical coaching. It helps people understand what gets in the way of their confidence and build the self-belief, resilience, self-acceptance, mindset and courage to act differently. The programme includes themes such as confident conversations, powerful presentations, values-based leadership, assertive diplomacy and influencing skills. Participants learn how to surface issues while preserving relationships, become more aware of their own behaviours and contribute with more confidence in the moments that matter.
Lead to Inspire
Lead to Inspire helps managers build confidence in the people around them. When teams are navigating change, uncertainty or pressure, managers often play a crucial role in whether people speak up, take ownership, share ideas or quietly withdraw. This programme equips managers to support confidence in themselves and others, so confidence can scale across the organisation rather than sit with a few individuals. Lead to Inspire is tailored to your organisation and includes one-to-one coaching where appropriate. It helps managers understand how their behaviours affect others’ confidence, build deeper connection, create psychological safety and support people without creating dependency. The programme includes themes such as coaching and empowerment, growth mindset, values-based leadership, confident conversations, role-play around common leadership missteps and a personal development framework that helps turn learning into new habits.
Individual Coaching
One-to-one coaching is included within many of my programmes because it helps people apply the learning to their own role, context and confidence barriers. As an ICF-trained, professionally qualified coach and mentor, I use coaching to help individuals build self-belief, confidence and self-esteem in a way that is practical, personal and sustainable. Coaching gives participants space to reflect honestly, challenge limiting beliefs and practise new ways of thinking, speaking and leading. It can be especially valuable for employees, managers or leaders who are navigating change, stepping into a bigger role, recovering confidence after setbacks or wanting to improve their leadership. I have a special programme for improving senior leaders' presentation skills.
Confidence Workshops & Talks
My workshops and talks are designed to empower, inspire and encourage people to think differently about confidence. They can be delivered online or in person and are usually tailored around a specific challenge your organisation is facing. Sessions can range from a short keynote or focused workshop to a deeper development experience over several days. Common topics include presenting with confidence, challenging behaviours while keeping the relationship, influencing skills, confident conversations, speaking up and building confidence from within. My keynote, The Confidence Reset, shares my own journey of rebuilding confidence and the practical steps I found most powerful for developing lasting inner confidence. Participants often describe the sessions as empowering, thought-provoking, relevant and practical. The aim is always for people to leave with more than ideas. I want them to leave with the confidence to change how they think and act.
