I believe that confidence does not get the attention it deserves. Most people suffer from a loss of confidence during their career and feel they need to hide it. So five weeks before International Women's Day in 2026, I had the idea to create and host the world's first Global Confidence Summit. I asked 14 very successful women across the world to join me in sharing stories of losing and regaining their confidence and explore together what it really takes to build lasting self-belief. Here was my ask: The loss of self belief, how that felt - and the decision that changed the trajectory. Plus one micro-tool that every person listening could apply that day.
